If the buyer is unable to download the product due to issues unrelated to the seller, such as internet connectivity problems, operator errors, or third-party issues, Krimnosis bears no responsibility and is not required to provide another download link for free.

The buyer must download the product within 5 business days. After this period, the download will no longer be accessible, even if payment has been completed. By purchasing, the buyer waives any claims or complaints regarding download accessibility after this timeframe.
